Equipment you will require:
Max of 4 Tables per trader (must be solid wood or plastic – no wooden pasting tables)
1 x Trolly to move your items from the carpark to the stall location
**All stalls must have fitted table cloths.
(there are no table hires)

Loading / Unloading
This will be done from the open top carpark only. there is NO heigh restriction. a map will be included in the set up email. you will move your items via the customer lifts
There is a fee for the carpark if parking for the day.
you can unload at this carpark and re load after the event and find alternative parking. You must remember to pay the parking charge around £1.80. There is no exemptions to the parking rule and we can not overturn this
Setup time:
Set up will commence from 07:00 - 08:30 no entry after 08:30
Trading Times
Trading time starts at 9.00am and ends at 5.30pm. (There is no movement untill 6pm)
