Refund policy

90% of our events are outside events and Traders must accept the risk of bad weather. Refunds or transfers will not be given for bad weather provided the event continues to operate.Any refunds processed will be minus the fees set out below

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather and strong winds and the event is cancelled on the grounds of safety reasons you booking will be transfared to another date at the same event.  You will be requested to pay for any additional price changes for that event.

If you request a refund for cancelled events this will be at at SPG Events NW discretion and will be subject to a £10.00 admin fee

You may cancel your registration in accordance with this Condition 6. You will receive a refund of your fees paid to SPG Events NW (if any):

(i) if you cancel your booking 60 days or more before the Event, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 20% of the total amount of your fees; or

(ii) if you cancel your booking less than 30 before the Event, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 30% of the total amount of your fees.

(iii) if you cancell your booking within 21 days of the start of the event there will be no refunds

(iv)Full refunds will not be given on any event which has to be abandoned due to extreme weather conditions or for any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Booking fee / processing fee are non refundable.
