Market Place Bolton – Trader Information

 The Artisan Street Fayre at Market Place Bolton

Please read the information below before attending your event.

Event Schedule

Set Up: 7:00am – 8:45am (please ensure you are fully set up by 8:45am) each day

Trading Hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm each day

Important: A detailed set up email containing your arrival instructions, pitch information and any event updates will be sent on the Monday before the event. If you haven't received it by Monday evening, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

What to Bring

Please ensure you bring the following:

• Up to 2 tables
• A chair
• A trolley to transport your stock from the unloading area to your pitch
• Table coverings and any display equipment you require

Unloading

Access for unloading is available via:

• The Patio Entrance
• The Basement Loading Area

Please unload promptly and move your vehicle to the nearby car park before setting up.

Parking

A public car park is located approximately 1 minute's walk from the venue.

Pitch Locations & Fees

On Arrival

• Please report to an SPG Events team member on arrival.
• Your allocated pitch number will be provided if applicable.
• Please keep walkways clear during set up.
• Ensure your display is safe and secure throughout the event.
• Please do not begin packing away before 4:00pm unless instructed by an SPG Events representative.
